IMHO, you can’t go wrong with Rhetoric. In a good class, you should learn about the power and importance of nuances of word order and diction–skills that are incredibly useful no matter which specific kind of writing you plan to do eventually. Whether you’re hoping to write fiction or news or advertising, your understanding of rhetoric is incredibly beneficial.
