How do you go about copywriting a website title?
I just want to know how to copywrite a website title/buisiness name in Australia. Who do I go to and who do I contact? Thanks
I'm such an idiot I meant to say copyright
Websites are owned by registering them. You want to Trademark your company name. This is done through the Australian governments offices of patents and trademarks.
If you know the actual name of your new company go ahead and register it on the internet NOW to preserve it else some can come along and snatch it from you.
Draw up your logo (your company's name as a picture) and submit it for trademark protection. Your local (outback???) states Secretary of State (or equivilant) is were you register your company's name for incorporation purposes.
So,
1. figure out you company name
2. Register the web name on th internet (Register.com is a good place to do it.
3. Submit name of company to your state for incorporation papers.
4. Design and register you logo and company name with the Austrailian patent office.
5. Then get on the phone and START SELLING.
Does anyone know where I can find part-time, telecommuting freelance copywriting jobs?
