I just want to know if visual art basically copywriting?
I want to post up some of my drawings , but I realize that all my them aren’t my designs. Would it be okay if I post them up anyways.
Legally, no. Posting to the internet is a form of publishing and you can’t publish material for which you do not own the copyrights or if you haven’t obtained permission (license) from the copyright owner.

That doesn’t mean that it never happens. It certainly does, but, it’s often just a matter of getting caught. Just like everyone who exceeds the speed limit isn’t caught, copyright violators don’t always get caught.
The penalties for getting caught can run from very mild to quite severe.
