I’m looking for information on copywriting/publishing a childrens book.?

I wrote a childrens book. It’s in rough draft and I’m wondering how to go about getting it copyrighted and published. I need ligit information please. I’ve checked websites etc..but have not found what I’m looking for.
Are there any online schools to attend for book writing? I thought years ago, there was one for writing childrens books.
