How could I find a job in a consulting company?

I have been working in a advertising company for 2 years since I graduated from college school majoring in MARKETING. And I am planing to take a master degree, as I wanna enter a large consulting company such as Mckinsey, Accenture. So which speciality I should choose? How can I enter such a good company?

Yes, MBA from a top 10 business school in the top 25% of the class .

Be bold (what do you have to lose?). Call up Mckinsey, Accenture, etc., and ask them what specialities they are looking for, what business schools they like best, what they are looking for in new employees.

The top consulting companies usually visit the top business schools to recruit the newly graduating MBA's, so you don't have to find them – then – they find you.

Good luck.
