What are some innovative Marketing services and techniques?

I am interested in opening up a Consulting Agency, primarily focusing on Marketing and Advertising. I was trying to find ways to use these two fields in particularly innovative ways. In addition to "traditional" marketing and advertising activities such as marketing plans, advertising plans, market research branding, creative aspects, and so on, i was trying to find some more innovative techniques and services such as mystery shopping, customer satisfaction issues, and employee and employer evaluations. I was wondering if anyone could help me think of some other good ideas on what i could offer in the company, as far as marketing and advertising is concerned. I wanted to also add that i am setting this company up in Greece, and to a great extent, these two fields are quite new and particularly desirable. Thank you all in advance for your time!
