what are four marketing strategic plan?

You might be referring to the four P's in the marketing mix: product, place, price, promotion.

These four P's are a frame of reference to define everything there is in a marketing strategy.

Just to give you an example: in the PROMOTION variable of this framework, you describe the advertising, public relations, strategic communication aspects that you want to use in relation to your product.
